The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. (HOTWDB) is soliciting proposals for operation and management of the Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas Child Care Services Program for the Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. (the Board) based in Waco, Texas. The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. provides workforce services to six counties; Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone and McLennan.

RFQ #13240201 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR INDEPENDENT EVALUATORS
The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board (the Board) is soliciting interested and qualified individuals to serve as independent evaluators to review and score proposals received for Child Care Services Management and Operations RFP. The Board intends to contract with up to three outside evaluators as a result of this RFQ.

Support of External Grants
The below information is specific to organizations that are applying for external funding (non-Workforce Solutions funding) and need a letter of support from the Board to complete their grant applications. If you are an individual seeking Workforce Solutions financial assistance for education and training, child care, or additional assistance, please visit our Financial Assistance page for more information.
Workforce Solutions is happy to support proposals for grants for external funding when these proposals are consistent with the Board’s mission. In all cases, the Board staff will make every effort to provide letters of support for these proposals. However, to best ensure that a letter can be generated in a timely fashion, the Board requests the following Letter of Request Form be completed and emailed back to Eunice Williams.
In some cases, such as grant opportunities that specifically require an endorsement from the Board, Board staff may need additional time to prepare letters. For that reason, please notify Board staff as soon as possible of your intention to apply.
