Welcome to Child Care Services (CCS) for the Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas!
Child Care Services has three overarching goals. They are to:
(1) help parents pay for child care so that they may enter the workforce or complete their education/training,
(2) increase the professionalism of the early childhood workforce, and
(3) increase access to quality early learning programs designed to prepare children to succeed in school and beyond.

TX3C (Child Care System)
Parents can now apply for child care assistance through the TWC Texas Child Care Connection (TX3C) system. The system features the following:
- A new statewide application for families
- An easy-to-use interface that works with mobile devices
- A common user experience for all Texans
